My personal experience of having moved, leased, bought, and sold nationally and internationally helps me better understand what families want and need when moving to the U.S. and buying a house. My experience in the area, contract knowledge and negotiation skills help both, sellers and buyers have a smooth real estate transaction from the beginning to the closing. I currently serve the areas of Dallas Metroplex and North Dallas. Additionally, I speak fluently Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, and Indonesian to provide a better and more personal service for my clients.
